Staff Training

Simply having employees is not enough.  They each need to know their role and they each need to be trained to successfully improve your club and your bottom line

Your managers, front desk staff, personal trainers, contractors (and everyone in between) need to understand the importance of their role in your business.  They need to be properly trained and aware of the mission you have established for your health club.  A warm body at the front desk or a clipboard toting personal trainer is not going to set your club apart from your competitors.  Your staff is the face of your club and they need to understand the importance of their position.

In addition to understanding the importance of their role, they also need to be trained in all aspects of their position.  Most staffs at health clubs are ineffective not because they are lazy, but because they have never been told what to do and how to do it.

Your staff is the first and last impression your members have of your club every day

We will provide you all of the articles, training materials, scripts, checklists, and tutorials to help you communicate and train your staff to be the best that they can be.  In this section, you will find the following:

  • Employee manuals:  Everything your staff needs to learn and understand about the importance of their role as well as the policies and best practices at your club.
  • Scripts for all positions: Quickly and effectively have your staff saying the right things to guests and prospects, both on the phone and in person.
  • Training Materials: Don’t recreate the wheel!  Dozens of training resources and tools are laid out for you to begin quickly training your staff today!
